Stuff The Bus!
What is it?
"Stuff the School Bus" is a United Way Community project that provides children living in Washington County with plenty of school supplies and a big smile! It is sponsored by United Way of Washington County and Food City. Donations will be solicited at the Abingdon Food City Store and then distributed to Washington County Public Schools.
When is it?
The "bus" will be at the Abingdon and Damascus Food City Stores July 30 - August 16, 2008.
Residents are encouraged to help United Way "Stuff the School Bus" with school supplies such as backpacks, rulers, scissors, pencils, pens markers, notebooks, glue, highlighters, calculators and paper.
